Ather Energy has set the tone for its next chapter in India’s EV journey with a host of major announcements at Community Day 2025. From unveiling the all-new EL platform to introducing AtherStack 7.0, a futuristic Redux moto-scooter concept, and a 6kW fast charger, the event highlighted the brand’s ambition to push beyond conventional electric scooters.

The AtherStack 7.0 software update brings advanced features tailored to Indian roads and riders. Voice interactions tuned for Indian dialects, Crash Alerts and Pothole Alerts enhance safety, while ParkSafe and LockSafe add security layers. The Infinite Cruise system evolves further with CityCruise for traffic, Hill Control for gradients, and Crawl Control for tight maneuvers.

The most important hardware announcements was  the EL platform, a next-generation architecture built on a unibody steel chassis. It promises 15% faster production, longer 10,000 km service intervals, and modular battery options ranging from 2kWh to 5kWh.
